Administration and Contract
We have tax and legal advice to ensure that the rental contract and the entire legal framework are impeccable and reflect your interests. We manage the resulting taxes and deposit the security deposit with INCASÒL.
Rent
Regarding the management of rent payments, we handle the monthly settlement, monitor collections, and deposit the rent into your account on the 10th of each month. We apply the annual IPC so that inflation does not affect your properties.
Incidents
We provide simple communication channels for incidents and their management. We have professionals capable of efficiently resolving any issues in the apartment so you can stay hands-off. We ensure that each incident is resolved by providing solutions, following up appropriately, and carefully analyzing the resulting expenses.
Accessibility
With our intranet, you will have easy, transparent, and organized access to all documents related to your rented apartment (rental contract, insurance, repair invoices, incident status, payment receipts...).
Insurance
We offer insurance policies to cover incidents, whether for non-payment or to protect your property and also your tenants, and we handle all follow-up in case of a claim so you don't have to worry about it.
End
Once the rental contract ends, we carry out the exit process and closure of the relationship with the tenant, assessing the condition of the apartment and managing the security deposit accordingly.
