Rent

Regarding the management of rent payments, we handle the monthly settlement, monitor collections, and deposit the rent into your account on the 10th of each month. We apply the annual IPC so that inflation does not affect your properties.

We provide simple communication channels for incidents and their management. We have professionals capable of efficiently resolving any issues in the apartment so you can stay hands-off. We ensure that each incident is resolved by providing solutions, following up appropriately, and carefully analyzing the resulting expenses.

With our intranet, you will have easy, transparent, and organized access to all documents related to your rented apartment (rental contract, insurance, repair invoices, incident status, payment receipts...).

Once the rental contract ends, we carry out the exit process and closure of the relationship with the tenant, assessing the condition of the apartment and managing the security deposit accordingly.
